Good but... Date: September 13, 2009
"I've had this attachment for a couple of years now and share it with my brother. It's worked well for both of us, but as per the other ads, it ain't light. We're both good sized guys and can handle it fine. Our wives can't. The 'but' above refers to an incident today I just experienced - the inner gears are no longer engaging. Taking it apart it appears there's no noticeable wear, the gears just aren't making consistent contact. I will add to this review if possible after I find out what our options are. I will say for the time we've used it, it's worked very well, although if this is the life expectancy I'd say try something else."

Very good buy!! Very satisfied!!! Date: September 4, 2009
"The first time I used the trimmer tool, I was amazed at the reach. It impressed me so much, I trimmed the neighbors hedge from my side of the yard."

Good for TALL bushes Date: May 30, 2009
"I primarily use this on a very tall bush, about 9 or 10 ft tall. It does a great job from the ground without a ladder. keep the blade oiled though. Be careful it can snip off things you dont want snipped.
It is difficult to maneuver thougn because it is so long handled. Not that good if all your bushes are waist high.
seems pretty rugged and durable."

Too HEAVY!!! Date: February 15, 2009
"Do not get me wrong. This is a quality built product. There are two problems with it. 1. It is to heavy for any longet than 10 minutes at a time. Unless of course you are a body builder. 2. It is difficult to do hedges of varying heights easily. Worse if you are short. You can change the angle of the cutter for taller shrubs, but have to change the angle as you go through your garden. That is cumbersome, and is easier with a separate hedge cutter.

Bottom line, this product is overengineered. They had durability in mind, and not ease of use. Considering how often I use it, it did not have to be bult so well."
