"No problem starting following directions in manual. Installing new string was difficult at first while head was new. It now seems to have more flexibility and perhaps I have gotten the hang of doing it. Plenty of power. Hot muffler can be a problem as it tends to warm my arm. Unit is heavy but that just adds to its durability and control. I have also purchased the hedge attachment and intend to buy the chain saw attachment. I think that it is a great tool and the price when compared with other quality products is excellent."
