42" Bronco
"have had for about a year now...runs great no major issues other than normal wear and tear (i.e blade replacement)...although I do find that the blades could be of better quality."

Very Pleased with My Troy-Bilt
"How often do you buy a Lawn Tractor? I don't very often so I have to shop around, which I did. As far as value for the money this mower is tops in my book. I have had this mower for a year or so and during the season I cut at least 1 time per week, I have never had any problems with my mower, it starts everytime and does what I want it to."
"great mower have had for almost 2 years, the mower has been abused, cut real high grass, about 80 hrs on it,only had to replace blade belt, did it myself, read repair book an its easy, you have to turn bolt at front of mower"
"Every time we use this mower, something it breaks. 2nd time we used it the motor disenegrated. Warranty covered that but now it is out of warrantyand the motor disenegrated again. Probably less than 24 running hours on it. In the shop more than out and constantly breaking ball joints and steering gears, which I was buying in bulk. I won't get it fixed this time and will buy a better made product. Never again."
"We bought this exact lawn mower maybe 7 mths ago. My fiance has used it 6 times since then. Yesterday, one of the belts broke. That's not a big deal except he had to nearly take the entire mower apart to get to this belt!!! Then after doing so, he gets around the yard 3 times & ANOTHER completely different belt breaks!!!! He was so frustrated that he was about to drive up to the store where we bought it, drop it off @ the front door and drive away! We take care of our belongings Why is this mower so difficult? It should NEVER be this hard to change a belt on a mower. Also, the blades were incredibly dull and we still cant find the part # for the 2nd belt that broke!!!!!"

mower woes
"Bought Troy-bilt Bronco ridng mower two months ago. Just started using it a month ago. In that amount of time we've already had to replace a bent blade, and last time out hosed off deck to clean it, died on the drive back to the garage, won't start. No resistance in gas or brake pedal, just flop back and forth. Now have to find someone to look at it. Did we just buy an expensive recurring problem???"

"Very easy to start. Using less gas than my 46 inch I replaced. Better size for home yards. Could use a taller seat to make the ride smoother and more comfortable."

great mower/great price
"I have had a number of riding mowers in the past I like the foot pedal operation it allows you to slow down or speed up with ease and it so easy to disable the reverse cutting feature so thats not a issue"

Best Mower Ever.
"I want to start my saying I love this mower. I have had several in the past, and this one is better thought out, better designed, and better built. The gear selection being the right pedal allows me to slow down around trees etc. without having to change gears, just let up on the "gas". It's use is very intuitive. The Kohler engine is what originally attracted me to the mower, and I am still impressed with them, but the mower itself has far exceeded my expectations. Well done!"

my machine
"I purchased a super bronco in '06. It was recommended by a friend. I love thats its an automatic and has cruise control. I dont have issues with the reverse cutting safety feature or the belt. 4 years of mowing and still have the original belt. The machine is a work horse (no pun) and my wife started using it last year because its fun for her. Engine is a strong 19 HP Koeler and starts right up as long as the battery is good. I maintain it myself and would highly recommend this model and down the road would purchase another. But I know this will last me for years. Awesome machine!"

SEPARATION ANXIETY
"We're already spoiled with the attributes of the 42" Bronco lawn tractor, purchased 12.07 at Lowes and used less than 20 hours. Imagine our disappointment when we had to use our EPP [extended protection plan that thank goodness we had] to get our baby picked up for a major flaw repair-- an uncontrollable gas leak. The separation wouldn't be so bad, if I hadn't seen so much evidence of other red breakdowns on the repair company's flatbed. About a dozen, broken, red TB mowers from our weekly area pickup were on their way to triage. Hope this will be our last mower malady, but now I wonder..."

Lawn Tractor
"I tell anyone that a riding mower makes mowing a lawn easy, a "Troy Bilt, Makes it Fun." I like the turning radius, small, the ease of removing the deck for yearly maintenance and in the newer models, the hood opening includes the metal on the sides of the engine as well as the cover. The customer Service has always been courteous and informative."

Good Mower For The $
"Purchased Bronco in 2011, have 3/4 acre yard to mow. This mower meets my needs and for the $ is a good buy. Seems to run slower, at full throttle, than other mowers I have owned ."
