Terrible Cutting System

"This product works well until you try to load a new string (it has one piece strings that install and stick out both sides). The string is supposed to feed into two holes and come out the sides, but it does not work. The first time I had to take it apart and tape it in place and the next time it did not stay in place, so that spool is now in the trash and I have to find an aftermarket head."
